An East Vandergrift man who was wanted on felony theft charges regarding a vehicle stolen in Armstrong County was taken into custody Sunday during a traffic stop in Clarion County.
Clarion state police said Ralph Myers, 36, was arraigned and placed in the Clarion County jail pending a preliminary hearing.
Myers has also been charged with possessing fraudulent documents and operating on a suspended license.
