The location of the proposed Redbank Valley Veterans Park has been picked.
The park site is located adjacent to the former Keck Building now known as The Town Center.
Plans are moving ahead for development. Ray Ishman, chair of the project development, reports fund-raising continues through the sale of pavers that can be purchased in the name of veterans who live or had lived in the geographic boundaries of the Redbank Valley School District.
Property for the site was purchased through a donation from the Walter W. Craig Post 354 of the American Legion.
Groups or persons wishing to help advance the project may contact Ray Ishman or others serving on the committee heading up the drive.
