The Forest County Country Music Association will host an open music jam event at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 12, at the MACA building in Marienville.
The event will include live music ranging from country, gospel, bluegrass, folk and more.
This is a free, family-friendly event. Food and beverages will be available, but donations are appreciated to cover the cost of the supplies.
Open music jams are held the second Friday of each month from May to October. Future dates include Sept. 9 and Oct. 14.
