Clarion state police investigated a harassment incident that occurred on May 18 involving a 19-year-old male and 18-year-old female. The incident occurred on Robinwood Dr. in Hillside Apartments in Clarion County.
Police say the accused pushed the victim backwards, causing him to fall down a flight of stairs and into a wall. The victim was taken to Clarion hospital to be examined for injuries.
Charges of harassment were filed on the accused.
