Foxburg gallery will reopen Saturday

The Red Brick Gallery on Main Street in Foxburg will reopen Saturday with the beginning of its summer art exhibit, “Image and Word: A Fanciful Journey.”

The exhibit, which continues through Sunday, Aug. 2, features the works of Donna Edmonds, painter and illustrator; Andrew Johnson, professor, poet and writer; and Cheri-Lee Anderton Yarnell, a ceramicist.

The gallery is an arm of the Allegheny RiverStone Center for the Arts.

It is reopening compliant with state guidelines and with precautions for the health and well-being of its patrons and artist personnel. All patrons will be required to wear masks upon entering the gallery and to maintain social distancing requirements.

Special care will be given to cleaning and sanitizing the building to maintain a safe environment.

The gallery will be open to visitors from noon to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays through Aug. 2.
