The Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation has awarded the Clarion County Chapter of the North Country Trail Association their 2019 Improvement Award for a group. Ed Scurry, center, accepted the award for the Clarion County chapter on May 8 in Harrisburg. The chapter, which holds weekly work days at Cook Forest State Park, also received congratulations from the Pennsylvania senate and house of representatives.
