Santa will arrive Dec. 6 in Clarion

Santa Claus will be escorted down Clarion’s Main Street by Clarion Fire and Hose Co. on Dec. 6.

Santa will arrive at Memorial Park at about 5:30 p.m. and will be in the park’s gazebo until 7 p.m., where he will be available for visits from families and for photographs.

At 5:45 p.m., the Clarion County commissioners will be on hand for the official lighting of the Memorial Park Christmas tree. Cookies and hot chocolate will be available during the event.

Trinity Point Church of God will bring back its live Nativity from 6 to 8 p.m. that evening.

Any groups or organizations that would like to help with refreshments are asked to contact the Clarion Chamber of Business and Industry.
