The charges were filed last week against Alexander Johannes Latuhihin by the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation Officer Robert W. Whyel, Jr., at District Judge Duane Quinn’s office in Clarion.

According to court documents, Google alerted the National Center for Missing Exploited Children to possible sexual abuse of children based on imagines of alleged child pornography uploaded between May 4 and June 12, 2019, to an IP address traced to a Comcast Cable Service customer.

Alerted by the National Center for Missing Exploited Children, the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation subpoenaed Comcast for the IP user’s identification and address.

Comcast allegedly provided Latuhihin’s name and Boundary Street address to police.

A review of Latuhihin’s account activity allegedly revealed he had downloaded or viewed 42 images and a video segment.

The images and video allegedly showed “prepubescent females” undressed and engaged in sexual activity with themselves and a young girl allegedly engaged in sex with an adult male.

Latuhihin allegedly admitted to downloading and storing the images and video from the Internet.

Latuhihin allegedly admitted he had approximately 100 images of child pornography on his Google Drive account.

Investigators seized Latuhihin’s cell phone and allegedly the images and video on the device.

In all investigators allegedly found more than 150 images and videos of child pornography.

Latuhihin was arrested and arraigned before District Judge Duane Quinn. Latuhihin was released on $20,000.00 unsecured bail. He is scheduled for a Feb. 18 preliminary hearing.
