Autumn Leaf Festival continues

The food court area of Clarion’s Autumn Leaf Festival draws crowds each year. Everything is available from Italian food to frog’s legs. The court is centered at Veterans Memorial Park on Main Street but has grown to several other side streets as well. The festival is continuing through the weekend with the popular Farmers and Crafters Day on Friday and the Tournament of Leaves parade on Saturday. Also on Saturday, the PennWest Clarion Golden Eagles homecoming football game will be at 2 p.m., and the Wild World of Animals show will be presented at 4:30 p.m. in front of the courthouse. The university’s homecoming activities start tonight with a pep rally and the announcement of the homecoming court. The festival concludes Sunday with the antique tractor show along Main Street.
