Tournament of Leaves parade winners named

The winners of the Tournament of Leaves parade held Oct. 7 during the 64th annual Autumn Leaf Festival in Clarion have been named.

The winners include:

Class A bands – Clarion-Limestone Marching Band, first; Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School Marching Band, second; and Redbank Valley Marching Band, third.

Class AAA bands – Slippery Rock High School “Rocket” Marching Band, first; Brookville Area High School Blue Raider Marching Band, second; and Oil City High School Oiler Marching Band, third.

Best drum major Class A – Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School Marching Band.

Best drum major Class AAA – Brookville Area High School Blue Raider Marching Band.

Best band front Class A – Clarion-Limestone Marching Band, first.

Best band front Class AAA – Slippery Rock High School “Rocket” Marching Band.

Best drill team – Clarion University KUDETS, first; 2 Stars Drill Team, second; and Clarion University Hip Hop Dance Team, third.

Best community float – Burns Funeral Home, first; Hope and Sophia Bradybaugh; second; and Community First Bank, third.

Best university float – Clarion University Student Council for Exceptional Children, first; Delta Phi Epsilon, Phi Sigma Sigma& Phi Delta Theta, second; and 3rd Clarion University Former Homecoming Queens & Kings, third.
