Plans to be displayed virtually for Sligo bridge project

From staff reports

PennDOT is inviting the public to view plans for a replacement of the bridge carrying Route 68 over Little Licking Creek in Sligo Borough in Clarion County.

The purpose of the virtual plans display is to share preliminary information on the project’s status, schedule, design and right-of-way acquisition.

Construction is anticipated for summer 2026.

An online presentation has been posted that outlines and explains the proposed plans and schedule for the project.

To access the webpage, people can visit PennDOT.gov/District10, click on the Public Meetings link under the District Links heading, pick the Clarion County box and then choose the Little Licking Creek Bridge tile.

The presentation will be available starting Monday and continuing through April 29.

The project documents will be made available in alternative languages or formats if requested.

Those who need translation/interpretation services or have special needs or concerns that require individual attention can contact project manager Shawn Kaiser at skaiser@pa.govor or at (724) 427-3528.
