A concerned citizen found a man dead outside of a truck, according to Clarion state police.
The citizen saw something unusual at about 9:45 a.m. Tuesday on Route 68 in Piney Township and stopped to take a second look.
The citizen found an elderly man who, according to the police report, had a medical condition, exited his truck and then died.
The dead man was identified as Richard T. Zettlemoyer, 84.
