PennDOT and Bridging Pennsylvania Constructors are extending a single-lane restriction through April 12 in support of the Interstate 80 Canoe Creek Bridges project in Clarion County.
The extension is due to the anticipated upcoming weather.
Beginning Tuesday, motorists can expect left lane shoulder closures to be in effect beginning at 8 a.m., with left lane closures to occur from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. through April 12 as crews replace and install a barrier wall in the left lane of eastbound and westbound Interstate 80.
The closures won’t be in effect Saturday and Sunday, April 6 and 7.
The project is part of the ongoing PennDOT major bridges P3 program.
