Forest service to hold program in Clarion

Jenna Morgan of the U.S. Forest Service will be presenting a program at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8, at the Clarion Free Library, 644 Main St., Clarion, that will highlight the Allegheny National Forest and its impact.

The program will focus on the history of the U.S. Forest Service, how the Allegheny National Forest came to be and its current status.

The presentation is free and open to the public.
