The guidance department of Forest Area Schools will hold a program to help students and parents learn more about financial aid and how to apply for federal student aid funds for college tuition.
The event will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday in the library at East Forest High School.
Marian Hargrave of the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency will be available to help parents and senior students complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
Those who wish to fill out the FAFSA forms will need to have created an FSA username and password and take financial and tax information from 2015 to the Nov. 17 meeting.
