An Emlenton man was injured in a motorcycle accident at about 4:25 p.m. Wednesday on Route 322 in Cranberry Township.
Corry state police said James R. Titterington, 29, was driving a 2006 Kawasaki ZX636-CT east on Route 322 and lost control of the bike as he was following a left curve in the road. Titterington left the south side of the road and laid the bike down to avoid hitting the guard rail, police said.
The vehicle slid across the roadway into the lane designated for oncoming traffic before coming to rest, police said.
Titterington suffered suspected minor injuries, police said.
