Dog wardens canvassing Clarion County

From staff reports

Regional dog wardens will canvas Clarion County in April to check for updated dog and rabies licenses, as well as illegal kennels.

Dog owners who do not have 2021 licenses for their pets could receive fines of up to $300 per dog, plus court costs.

Licenses can be purchased at the county treasurer’s office, in person or by mail.

The application can be downloaded from the treasurer’s page on the county website: www.co.clarion.pa.us.

Completed applications and checks or money orders may be sent to Karyn Montana, treasurer, 330 Main St., Room 110, Clarion, Pa., 16214.

Prices are $8.50 for male or female animals and $6.50 for neutered or spayed animals.

Purchases also can be made online at padoglicense.com by choosing Clarion County and paying with a credit or debit card.
