A criminal complaint filed through district judge Timothy Schill’s says that at 6:50 a.m. on April 27, Clarion state police trooper Steven Manns was assigned to serve a search warrant on May, Radaker and Fait at the Monroe Heights Hotel.

The complaint said Manns saw one of the three people in the parking lot while waiting for more police officers to come to the hotel as back-up, and he was able to identify her as Radaker.

May was located a few moments later, the complaint said. May and Radaker then identified Fiat, but the complaint said it is believed Fait fled on foot. A gray Buick LeSabre registered to Fait was located in the hotel parking lot, the complaint said.

The criminal complaint said Radaker had paraphernalia in her purse including Q-tips and an unused glass smoking pipe. The complaint also said there were multiple containers filled with heroin inside a large cloth bag in the hotel, but Radaker claimed the drugs belonged to Fait.

The complaint said Radaker had purchased, transported and distributed controlled substances with in 24 hours prior to her arrest.

The complaint also said the room in the hotel rented by Fait had more than 140 stamp bags of suspected heroin and crystal methamphetamine. A black zipper bag within May’s underwear also contained drugs and drug-related items, the complaint said.

Fait’s vehicle was searched and additional paraphernalia and a 12-gauge shotgun were found, according to the complaint.

Police said they believe Fait and Radaker traveled to Allegheny County to purchase heroin, and after picking up May the trio sold controlled substances while traveling to Jefferson County to purchase crystal methamphetamine before returning to the hotel.

Fait remains lodged in the Clarion County jail on $100,000 cash bail, and May and Radaker are housed in the Clarion County jail on $50,000 cash bail each.
