CLARION — The Clarion Free Library has scheduled a variety of programs for September. Amazing Kids, an early intervention provider agency, will offer the Little Learners program at 10 a.m. Fridays. There is no fee and registration is not required for this program for children of any age. Children’s storytime is held from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesdays. Storytimes feature stories and crafts. Themes for this month include Sept. 6 — Grandparents, Sept. 13 — Trees and Sept. 20 — fall stories. A children’s block party will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27. Children may play with a set of universal blocks, people, vehicles, animals and more. The Fun Time Play Group for children up to 5 years old is held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays at the library. The group is presented weekly by the library and Clarion County’s Promise. Puppy Dog Tales program where children read to therapy dogs will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22. The library will be closed Monday, Sept. 5, in observance of Labor Day. The library will close at noon on Friday, Sept. 23, so that preparations may be made for the Autumn Leaf Reception.
