Due to final project design and phasing, the Old Town Road intersection with Route 68 and Dove Lane in Monroe Township, Clarion County, will be permanently closed.
A PennDOT news release said Old Town Road residences will be accessible from the end of Dove Lane. Access will be closed from Route 68 directly to Old Town Road.
PennDOT said to expect congestion and delays in the project area and that fines are doubled for violations in work zones.
