Owners of a Clarion-based ready-mix concrete business will expand their service area with the purchase of DuBrook, another concrete manufacturing business with plants in DuBois, Butler, Evans City and St. Marys.
Mark Hindman and Braun Gourley, who own the M and B Group, parent company of M and B Redi-Mix and M and B Services, announced the acquisition of DuBrook Ready Mix Concrete from Rosemary Ogorchock Barber.
M and B Redi-Mix has plants in Clarion and Brookville.
“This acquisition will give us a very large coverage area and will allow us to serve the needs of our customers throughout (DuBrook’s) area,” Gourley said.
Hindman said plans call to continue operating under the DuBrook name, and there will be no changes in personnel at the company.
M and B Services is a full-service concrete construction company that specializes in large commercial and industrial concrete projects, stamped and colored concrete, exposed aggregate finishes and traditional concrete finishes for sidewalks, patios and driveways.
