Chamber holds first ‘Chocolate Crawl’

Clarion Area Chamber of Business and Industry will hold the “First Chocolate Crawl” in Clarion through Feb. 15.

This is the perfect outing for all of the chocolate loving people in the area.

Participants can sample decadent chocolate treats of all kinds, shop in Clarion’s amazing stores and enjoy time exploring the Clarion area.

The following businesses will be participating in this new event: The Haskell House; Deer Creek Winery; McDonald’s (Main Street location) Lifespan Family Services (will be set-up at the Chamber); FL Crooks & Co.; Escape Room Clarion/9 World Axe Throwing/MMA; Dan Smith’s Candies and Gifts; and Clarion Area Chamber of Business & Industry.

The public can stop by the chamber office pay $5 and receive a list of businesses participating throughout the week of Feb. 8 through 15.

Participants can visit each location, enjoy the chocolate treat available, while having their official map signed or stamped. Additionally, participants can enjoy shopping and checking out what the businesses have to offer.

After attendees visit each business and validate their card, they can drop it off at the chamber office for a drawing that will take place on Facebook Live at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 16.

Participating businesses can provide a $25 gift certificate that will be given away during the Facebook Live drawing at 10 on Tuesday, Feb. 16. Businesses will also stamp and/or validate each attendee’s map that comes into their business after participants have received their chocolate treat.
