State Route 3020, Master Road, opened late last week after a bridge replacement project in Richland Township. The Alum Rock bridge carrying State Route 3020 over Turkey Run opened Aug. 29 after being closed on March 20. The posted detour has been lifted. The $887,020 bridge replacement project was constructed by Francis J. Palo, Inc., of Clarion and was expected to be completed in mid-October. The bridge opened earlier than anticipated.
