A Clarion man was taken into custody following a traffic stop Tuesday afternoon on Route 66 in Limestone Township, Clarion County.
Clarion state police served a warrant on Clinton James Shanafelt, 45, for a felony charge of delivery of a controlled substance filed by the Clarion Narcotics Enforcement Team.
Shanafelt will also be charged with driving with a suspended license.
He was arraigned and placed in the Clarion County jail.
