CLARION—Tickets for the Autumn Leaf Festival’s “Tournament of Leaves Parade” will be available for purchase at 8:30 a.m. Monday. The parade will begin at noon Saturday, Oct. 1, and is one of many event for the 63rd annual Autumn Leaf Festival sponsored by the U.S. Army. The parade will showcase marching bands, floats and community organizations. Reserved parade seats are $9 each. Tickets will be available for purchase from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Clarion Area Chamber of Business and Industry, located at 650 Main St., Clarion.
