On Friday, Oct. 21, East and West Forest seventh and tenth grade students went to Benezette to spot some elk. They visited the Elk Country Visitor Center, walked the trails near the center, visited several other viewing areas and enjoyed a picnic-style lunch on the bus due to the weather.
