Students from Clarion-Limestone’s Future Teachers Club held a book drive. The club hosts its annual Christmas collection to help a project or program of the United Way of Clarion County. The club’s advisor is Cindi Jones.

This year’s donation, which included more than 250 new books, will be used in conjunction with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library which will launch later this month in Clarion County.

“Our goal is to foster a love of reading from a very early age,” said Melissa Fulton, United Way of Clarion County’s executive director. “We want to get parents and their very young children to appreciate books and support that through elementary, high school and beyond.”
