The Clarion Area Chamber of Business and Industry has posted an announcement on its Autumn Leaf Festival Facebook page announcing several major ALF events have been canceled.
The Facebook post says prospective events that will take place will be held outdoors, allowing for crowds up to 200 people. The post also says only about 10 of the normal 55 events will be held this year.
Events not scheduled this year but hopefully returning for 2021 are the scholarship program, Junior Olympics, kiddies parade, Tournament of Leaves parade, tractor show and many other non- Chamber of Business and Industry events, the post said.
The farmers and crafters show will be held online, and details are being worked out, the post said. More information is expected beginning next week.
Activities and events still scheduled will be finalized as soon as organizers hear back from outside authorities, the post said.
