Santa and Mrs. Claus were spotted last Friday night in Knox as the borough held its annual Light Up Night. Santa and Mrs. Claus arrived in a hay wagon this year and treated believers to a ride around town. Knox Borough Police Officer Joab Orr is a good a friend of Santa.
