A residence near St. Petersburg in Clarion County was badly damaged by fire Tuesday morning.
The blaze, which was electrical in nature, was reported at 9 a.m. Tuesday at 1312 Route 58 in Richland Township.
St. Petersburg fire chief Dennis Sheakley Jr. said the single-story residence was a total loss inside, but the building was still standing after the blaze was put out.
Sheakley confirmed there were no injuries as a result of the fire.
In addition to St. Petersburg, volunteer firefighters from Emlenton, Knox, Parker and Bruin assisted at the scene.
