From staff reports

CLARION – Work will begin Monday on a project to replace a bridge along Route 3020 in Richland Township, according to a press release from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 10 office.

The Alum Rock bridge, carrying Route 3020 over Turkey Run, is expected to close Monday and a detour will be in place.

The detour will use Route 3020 to Route 38 to Route 478 to Route 58 and back to Route 3020.

PennDOT expects the new bridge to be open to traffic by mid-October.

The $887,020 bridge replacement is being constructed by Francis J. Palo.
