Franklin state police are investigating a hit and run that took place early Saturday morning in Sugarcreek Borough.
Just after midnight, police said a lightly colored Cross Over or PT Crusier turned onto Park Street at a high rate of speed, began sliding sideways and impacted a legally parked Chevrolet Silverado.
The vehicle in question should be missing a passenger side window and has black rims.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
