Pink Splash, ALF kiddies parade postponed

From staff reports

Two popular events that were scheduled Tuesday – the Autumn Leaf Festival Kiddies Parade in Clarion and the Pink Splash for the Cure in Franklin – were postponed due to the threatening weather conditions.
