Oats, a domestic short hair, is a 5-month-old neutered male. He’s a brown and white tabby with an angular head, slanted green eyes, and large, upright ears. He’s friendly and loves to play. Oats is sharing a condo with his brother Yoder. They keep each other entertained. If you’re interested in adopting Oats, stop by the Venango County Humane Society and meet him in person. The humane society is open 12-5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.
