PennDOT to hold open house for Ashland Twp. project

From staff reports

PennDOT will conduct an open house and plans display to inform the public about the proposed Route 322 structure replacement project in Ashland Township, Clarion County.

The event will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, at Keystone High School in Knox.

The project consists of the replacement of the existing structure that carries Route 322 over a tributary to Canoe Creek.

Minimal roadway approach work will be included with the project, and traffic will be maintained by phased construction using a temporary signal.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public an opportunity to review and comment on the project. PennDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and receive comments.

Anyone with knowledge of historic resources in the project area is encouraged to attend the meeting.

The plans display location is ADA accessible, and any person requiring special assistance is asked to contact PennDOT prior to the meeting.

For more information, contact Kurt Kretchman at (724) 357-4804 or email kkretchman@pa.gov prior to the plans display.
