State police are investigating a series of alleged assaults at SCI Forest state prison in Jenks Township, Forest County.
Five corrections officers were assaulted by inmates in a series of incidents at 4:42 p.m. Friday at the prison, state police in Marienville said in a release.
There were no serious injuries, police said.
Police indicated there are four suspects ranging in age from 22 to 25.
Police did not identify the suspects.
