Many North Clarion students honored at awards ceremony

Gabby Schmader, left, and Haley Bauer, right, received The Sage Colleges Scholarships worth $10,000 per year. The Sage award guarantees a scholarship of at least $10,000 per year for a minimum total of $40,000 toward tuition for four years of undergraduate study at The Sage Colleges. Schmader is the daughter of Kyle and Heather Schmader of Lucinda. Bauer is the daughter of Scott and Jackie Bauer of Lucinda. The two are shown with Mollie Cochran, who was awarded the Bausch & Lomb Science Award at North Clarion High School's annual awards ceremony.

A number of North Clarion High School students were honored at an awards ceremony held May 29.
