A Knox man died at the scene of a crash at 6:25 a.m. Friday along Route 208 in Salem Township, Clarion County.
Clarion state police said Russell Bishop, 22, a 2015 Keystone High School graduate, was driving south on Route 208 near Brick Church Road when his vehicle crossed the double yellow lines and exited off the east side of the roadway.
The vehicle sideswiped a tree and continued traveling south before striking a second tree and coming to a final rest, police said.
Clarion County coroner Randall Stom pronounced Bishop dead at the scene, police said.
Emlenton and Saint Petersburg firefighters and Knox Ambulance personnel were also on the scene.
