Seth Christopher Cataldo is charged with felony counts of statutory sexual assault on a person 11 or more years younger than the defendant and aggravated indecent assault on a person younger than 16, two misdemeanor counts of corruption of minors and a misdemeanor count on a person younger than 16 in connection with the Aug. 18 incident.

Court documents say the 14-year-old girl was dropped off at the ambulance station where she proceeded “to meet up” with Cataldo.

The documents filed by Knox Police Chief Jason Bowen state Cataldo and the girl then entered the ambulance station. After a period of time being in the building, Cataldo and the girl proceeded to have sexual intercourse on a bed inside the building, the complaint said.

During the investigation, Bowen obtained Facebook records that corroborate Cataldo’s knowledge of the girl’s age as well as confirming sexual intercourse occurred, the complaint said.

Cataldo was arrested, arraigned and placed in the Clarion County jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bond.
