From staff reports

A Knox man is facing multiple felony charges for the repeated rape of two children.

Timothy Ray Bell, 43, is accused of sexually abusing the two children multiple times between 2010 and 2018. The children were 8 and 4 years old when the incidents were reported to have started, according to a criminal complaint filed by Clarion state police.

The complaint says Bell was interviewed by police on Wednesday and admitted to inappropriate acts with the two children. Police said he also admitted to having sex with his dog.

Bell was arraigned at about 11 p.m. Wednesday on multiple felony charges of rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 16 years of age and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, as well as several misdemeanor charges of sexual intercourse with an animal.

Bell was confined to the Clarion County jail as he was unable to post bail.
