KNOX – Each school year, the Knox Lions Club, in conjunction with the 37-Club Lions District 14-N, sponsors a Drug and Alcohol Awareness Poster Contest for fourth grade students of the school districts in the club’s service area. These posters are judged by Knox Lions, and first, second and third place winners are selected from each classroom.

From the classroom winners, posters are selected to be judged by the Lions District; the number of posters sent for district judging equals the number of fourth grade classrooms at each school.

This year, students from Allegheny-Clarion Valley Elementary and Keystone Elementary Schools participated in the contest. Knox Lions Club congratulates all the winners and 120 students who made posters for this year’s contest.
