Clarion state police have found a Knox-area woman who did not return home Wednesday.
Police said Samantha Roxy Decker, 31, who lives at 1126 Popetown Road near Knox, was reported missing by her husband Wednesday evening. She had last been seen Wednesday afternoon at Otto’s bar in Emlenton with a female friend, police said.
Clarion state police said Decker was found safe Thursday afternoon.
