A Keystone elementary school student fires off her best fast ball at the dunk tank hoping to send teacher Ryan Smith into the water during 2016s school Fun Day. It appeared early the fix was in, though, as the dunk tank wasn’t working properly and Smith stayed dry. When the malfunction was discovered, Smith good-naturedly took a few dives.
