Aaron E. Johnson of Monroeville and Spencer Gene Rudolph joined co-defendant Joseph David Hoffman, in their request for a jury trial.
The three men were part of an alleged five-person drug ring charged last year with developing a network with Johnson to bring fentanyl and heroin into Northwestern Pennsylvania.
Accused in addition to Johnson, Rudolph and Hoffman were William A. Fourness of Ridgway, Kasey M. Fourness (Eidinger) of Ridgway and Ryan Gleixner of St. Marys.
Kelly M. Fourness Eidinger was scheduled to appear in court Feb. 19 but did not appear. She is charged with two counts of corrupt organization, a first-degree felony, criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony, three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony, conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, a felony, endangering the welfare of children, a third degree felony and two misdemeanor charges.
William A. Fourness, an inmate at SCI Forest, also rejected a plea deal and requested a jury trial.
He is charged with is charged with drug delivery resulting in death, a first-degree felony, two counts of corrupt organization, a first-degree felony, criminal use of a communication facility, a third-degree felony, endangering the welfare of children, a third-degree felony and two counts of corrupt organization, a felony. He is also charged with two misdemeanors.
Hoffman is charged with two counts of corrupt organization, a first-degree felony, delivery of controlled substance, a felony, and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, a felony and involuntary manslaughter, a misdemeanor.
Gleixner is charged with two counts of corrupt organization, a first-degree felony, criminal use of communication facility, a third-degree felony, delivery of controlled substance a felony, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance a felony and three misdemeanors. He did appear in court Wednesday but his case was continued.
Johnson, Rudolph and Hoffman are scheduled for a pre-trail conference on March 6.
The case stems from the Nov. 20, 2018, death of William “Billy” Stout, 36.
