I.C. will host community free Thanksgiving dinner

From staff reports

The tradition of a free community Thanksgiving dinner will continue this year as Immaculate Conception hosts a free Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, at the Immaculate Conception Parish Event Center on Main Street in Clarion.

This event had been held at the County Seat Restaurant for the past 12 years under the leadership of Mary Lenhart and many volunteers. This year the tradition continues and the annual event will be hosted by IC Parish.

Volunteers are needed for the day and can sign up online at signup.com/go/CoUjEgz.

When on the website, review the options listed and choose the spot or spots you want and then sign up. It is easy and volunteers will not need to register an account or keep a password on SignUp.com.
