Clarion County commissioners Ed Heasley (from left) and Wayne Brosius, Rep. Donna Oberlander (R-63), United Way Executive Director Melissa Fulton and Clarion County Public Defender Erich Spessard each had a hand in bringing Pennsylvania 2-1-1 to Clarion County. The hotline service connects people to information about aging or youth services, counseling, education or training, food, shelter or clothing, health services, parenting, support groups, substance abuse and more. 2-1-1 can be reached via phone call, text or chat on the website. For more information call 2-1-1 or text your zip code and need to 898-211 or visit www.pa211nw.com.
