The Arc of Clarion will hold a Halloween Haunted Festival from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, Oct. 25-27. The event is located at 22 S. Second Ave., Clarion. The festival is open to the public and features a variety of activities, games and crafts. Food and beverages will be available. Cost is $5.
