West Forest National Honor Society will sponsor a school supply drive for the people of Texas who have been affected by Hurricane Harvey. School supplies to be collected include notebooks, printing machine paper, notecards, self-stick notes, glue, pencils, pens, tape, erasers, highlighters, permanent markers, construction paper, and crayons.
The drive began Monday, Sept. 11, and will continue through Friday, Sept. 22. All donations may be brought to Mr. Alex in the West Forest High School or Mrs. Alex in the West Forest Elementary School. West Forest Student Council will assist with the cost of shipping.
East Forest donations will be accepted in Mrs. Cornecki’s room in the East Forest High School and Mrs. Thornton’s room in the East Forest Elementary School.
