Family literacy services available in Forest County

Family literacy services are now available in Forest County for anyone who is the primary caregiver to a child age 8 or younger.

Family literacy programs allow adults to improve basic skills such as reading, math or writing. Help is also available for writing resumes, cover letters and various entrance exams.

There is free onsite childcare for parents who are studying to improve their skills. The program also provides opportunities for parents and children to engage in enrichment activities together involving reading, crafts and play opportunities.
