Expect lane restrictions along State Route 66

Beginning on Monday, July 22, during daylight hours, Clarion County motorists can expect alternating lane restrictions on State Route 66 for 10.5 miles,between Frogtown and the Interstate 80 intersection south of Clarion.

These alternating lane restrictions will affect motorists in Clarion-Limestone, Porter and Redbank Townships.

As this section of State Route 66 will be an active work zone, motorists should prepare to reduce speed and be alert for Pennsylvania Department of Transportation flaggers who will direct traffic through the alternating lane restrictions.

The paving of this section of State Route 66 is scheduled to be completed by the end of Sept. 2019.

Contractor, Shields Asphalt Paving, will be paving this section of State Route 66 for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
